Yin
Yin is a slower-paced and meditative style of Yoga. Postures are held for a longer periods of time (typically three to five minutes). Yin focuses on passive held stretches with little muscular engagement, to target the deeper connective tissues of the body (such as the ligaments, tendons, joints and fascia. Suitable for all levels.
Flow
A dynamic style of yoga which focuses on linking breath with movement. An active practice where both muscle strength and flexibility are targeted. Get the body moving, strengthen, stretch out and move out of your mind and into your body. Suitable for all levels.
Yoga Nidra
Also known as yogic sleep Yoga nidra is a state of consciousness between waking and sleeping, like the "going-to-sleep" stage, induced by a guided meditation. A great way to calm the central nervous system and a lovely way to relax and wind down.
Express Flow
An express 45 minute flow. Using dynamic movement linked with breath. Great way to build some strength and tone up! Suitable for all levels.
